Proud of our fleet: We build, own, operate and maintain our fleet of boats to ensure they are of the highest standards. Nobody knows our boats better than us. (A very few of our bases are operated on our behalf by carefully selected franchise partners who share the same passion for boating as us).

Support when you need it 24/7: On the ground, our extensive network of bases and support teams means you are never far from getting help if you need it. Want to book a great restaurant or find out when market day is? Our local base teams are always happy to help. Engineers can be with you promptly should you experience any technical issues on board.

Honest advice: We offer straightforward, honest advice based on extensive knowledge and experience of our cruising areas and our fleet. Everyone in our sales teams has cruised before. If they don’t immediately know the answer to your query, they will always be able to find someone who does!

Motivated by customer satisfaction: Our sales teams are small, friendly and motivated most of all by customer satisfaction. They don’t sell any other holidays and they will always be pleased to help you with any query – no matter how big or small. Last year over 90 % of our customers rated the standard of service we provided before, during and after their holidays as outstanding.

One-way cruising specialists: The size of our fleet and network of on-the-ground support means that we can offer more one-way routes than any other operator allowing you to see and enjoy more of your cruising area. If you would like to do a particular cruising route that is not in our brochure, speak to our sales team and they will do their best to organise it for you.

Flexible holiday planning: Because we control the movement of our fleet, we can offer greater flexibility in terms of availability. If we can change something to suit your holiday plans, then we will.

English speaking staff: All our bases have staff that speak English – so don’t worry if languages were never your strong point! On-board reference guides are produced in a number of languages and our new cruising companions will help you make the most of your time on and off the water.

We use your feedback: We take feedback from our customers very seriously. From helping to design our new boats to improving the service we provide to you, we constantly review your views and comments to keep us on our toes.

No.1 Waterways partner: We are in regular contact with the local waterways and tourist authorities – which means we can let you know as soon as we know of any special events in the area or cruising restrictions that are sometimes imposed in adverse weather conditions.

Championing green cruising: Last but not least, we are championing environmental issues with the waterways authorities to ensure generations to come can enjoy beautiful cruising holidays in a responsible way.
