About Le Mas d'Agenais
Le Mas d’Agenais’ central location allows you to explore a variety of small towns and villages in this region, including those that lie along the lush green surroundings of the River Baïse. Stops include Vianne (5hrs from Le Mas d’Agenais), famous for its glass blowing and neighbouring Lavardac, home of a great leisure park for outdoor activities. A further 2.5hrs on is beautiful Nerac. Agen and the second longest canal bridge in France is 8hrs from Le Mas d’Agenais along the Canal de Garonne.

Michelin map n° 79 and IGN map n° 110 will be useful.
- From Paris - take the motorway A10 towards Bordeaux.
- From Bordeaux - take the motorway A62 and leave at the Marmande exit. Continue towards Mont-De-Marsan on the D933, then follow the D289 until the next crossroad and take the D6 and enter Le Mas d'Agenais.
- From Toulouse - take the motorway A62 towards Bordeaux and leave at the Aiguillon exit, go through Damazan, continue on D143 and then D6 to enter Le Mas d'Agenais.

Shops
The nearest supermarket can be found in Tonneins or Marmande, 15 kms from the base. They open at 9.00am to 8.00pm every day, but are closed on Sunday. In the town surrounding the base, you can find lots of shops, including a butcher, baker, bank and grocers. These shops are open every day, apart from Sunday morning. On Monday, you find only the baker and the grocer open. There are also pubs and one restaurant in the town. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening.
Fishing
A fishing licence is required. Please arrange in advance as it cannot be purchased at the base. The fishing licence can be purchased in advance online on the following website: https://www.cartedepeche.fr
