Our base in Precenicco
About Precenicco
Precenicco is situated in the pretty Friuli region, a far cry from the hubbub of Venice. It’s ideal if you want to experience a less ‘frantic’ Italian adventure. The quaint old fishing town of Grado is 6 hrs away, the ancient Roman ruins of Aquileia just 5hrs and the popular beach resort that run parallel with the canal are just 3hrs out. It is possible to get all the way to Venice and back in a week, but a oneway trip to/from our base in Casale would make for a more comfortable pace, if you want to explore both Venice and Friuli.

The main square of Precenicco is just a few hundred metres from our base and there you will find a bakery, bank with ATM, pharmacy and post office.
