Is your booking directly affected by Coronavirus?

Which boating regions and travel dates have been affected by coronavirus restrictions

Understandable and necessary government restrictions, to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, continue to evolve. Such restrictions have meant we have had to delay certain holidays, either because we are unable to open our bases, or because customers are unable to travel. In some regions we have also had to delay the opening of bases because regional waterways authorities have delayed the opening of locks and waterways. Once travel restrictions permit, waterways are open and local circumstances allow, we will reopen our bases and make any appropriate changes to our operations so that we are ready to welcome you and provide the safe and enjoyable cruise experience you deserve.

If you have a booking which is directly affected in such a way, our Go Boating with Confidence Policy will apply and we will contact you
