Fantastic Company! We went on our first Le Boat Holiday in 2014 and have been hooked ever since! We always book the same boat, take the same route through the Camargue from St Gilles Base & are always completely delighted with our experience. The staff just could not be more friendly or helpful. We will go here Every year for the rest of our lives. Paul & Melanie A Fabulous wee boat !!!!!
Dear Paul and Melanie,
Thank you for your five star review. We are pleased to hear that you love the Camargue as much as we do!
Our customers' feedback is very important to us and we will share your comments with the Base teams.
We look forward to welcoming you on board again soon.

The service was good, there are a few points we would like them to tell new people in future. The cruising maps are also poor. Boat needed some upgrade, a few broken and worn areas

The boat was not properly equipped, several railings were badly damaged, some controls/indicators did not operate, some bed-linen though freshly laundered was still dirty. This boat is elderly and it shows: minimal facilities and they don't all work.

A good experience in a very old boat... I think the sheba boat needs retirement or a good refit... We had a great experience, we love to navigate, It was our third boat trip. But the boat needs a refit... Old, yellow, brave boat. Needs retirement...
Thank you. We have forwarded this onward.  Wonderful to hear you had a great experience as well. :)
